Chhabra Texco Fab operates as a bedding manufacturing setup backed by a textile business that has been active since 2007. The foundation was always the same — do the work properly, price it realistically, and deliver with consistency.

We work with wholesalers, importers, distributors, retailers, and private label brands who require stable, cost-effective production in volume. Most of our programs are built around repeat container orders and ongoing supply cycles — not one-time shipments.

We are a manufacturing unit first. Every part of how we operate — from order structure to quality checks — is designed to support long-term trade relationships, not transactional sourcing.

Order Structure

Minimum orders are aligned with approximately 2-3 days of active production per product category. This keeps operations efficient and gives buyers a realistic basis for building repeat supply programs — rather than overcommitting on volume that does not sustain.

We do not operate as a spot-buy supplier. Our systems are structured around ongoing supply relationships, container-level programs, and plannable reorder cycles.
